The first thing to do to make a purchase in www.arlepo.com is register as a new user. After filling out the form you can place your order now and on future occasions by identifying yourself. To proceed with the purchase you must add the product you want to your cart, complete the order form and validate it. When you we making the payment we will ask you to choose a shipping method.

Once payment is made you will receive an email validating it. That email will confirm your purchase and validation of payment by the bank. That is when your order will be dispatched.

PAYMENT

Arlepo admits payment via credit card, debit card and paypal. The card details will be managed directly by Banco de Sabadell, our bank that manages the payment gateway and will notify us that the payment has been made. Arlepo will not be knowledgeable of, nor store any data associated with your card.

Unless stated otherwise, all items sold in Arlepo are in stock.

DELIVERY

Shipments are made worldwide.

MEANS AND DATES OF DELIVERY

The purchase will be processed before the 3 p. m. (15:00 hours) of each working day and sent the same day.

Delivery will be made to the staed address. No shipments will be made either to PO Boxes or mailing lists.

Depending on the type of product purchased, the shipment will be made by courier (Tipsa) or by Post.

The sending of all fountain pens does not bear any additional cost for transportation to the entire European continent. For the other items the shipping charges will be applied depending on the weight and destination you make will be sent to the address you indicate.

The purchase you make will be sent to the address you choose. Note that the main address you registered does not have to match the shipment address.

No orders are dispatched, no deliveries are made at weekends or on holidays.

For international orders in countries outside the European Community, you should consider that perhaps you will have to pay the import costs (tariffs) when you receive the order to the relevant body and it is mandatory that you add your ID in your user profile.

Standard shipping within Spain (by courier)

It will be delivered within 24-48 hours and will include those items of a value equal or more than 60 euros.

Economical shipping to Spain (Correos)

It depends on how the postal system is working, variable according to the seasons, but it will usually be delivered within 48-72 hours.

Standard shipping outside Spain

Delivery can be set one week for European countries and two to three weeks for other continents.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN

The deadline to request the return is 14 days from receipt of order. You can exercise your right to return in the following cases:

- If the product you ordered does not satisfy. As long as it has not been tampered with, is in perfect condition and is maintained in its original packaging. In this case you will have to return the artídulo to: Arlepo, Meazuri, 7; E-20304 Irún or by contacting our customer service department by calling +34 605845813. When it is received, checked and validated we will refund the cost of the product.

- Source defective or not corresponding to the ordered item. As long as it has not been tampered with, is in perfect condition and is maintained in its original packaging. In this case you must contact our customer service department by calling +34 605845813 or writing an email to info@arlepo.com . When received, it will checked and validated defect or error, another one like it will be sent. Arlepo will cover transportation costs associated with the return and new shipment.

- In the event that any exchange can be made, it must always be when the product has not been tampered with, is in perfect condition and is maintained in its original packaging. In this case you will have to contact our customer service department by calling +34 605845813 or writing an email to
info@arlepo.com . When the returned item is received, checked and validated, we will carry out the new shipment. The amount of the purchase will never be reimbursed but an item can be exchanged for the one of the same amount or higher. New shipping costs shall be borne by the person making the exchange.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has a period of 14 working days from receipt of order to withdraw in accordance with the provisions of the Act Retail Spanish Territory.
